Grasshopper Club Zurich says goodbye to Manuel Kuttin and thanks him sincerely for his commitment to blue and white. Kuttin joined Grasshopper Club Zurich at the end of September to act as second goalkeeper behind Justin Hammel during Moreira's absence due to injury.
Although he did not appear in any competitive matches, Kuttin was in the squad for 8 Super League matches and was an important part of this team with his experience. In various test matches in December, Kuttin played 225 minutes and conceded only one goal. He is now leaving Grasshopper Club Zürich as planned after his contract expired at the end of December.
"We would like to express our sincere thanks to Manuel for his commitment and his highly professional conduct. It was a pleasure to work with him during these three months. With his experience and human skills, he was a great support for Justin Hammel. We wish him only the best for the future," said goalkeeper coach Jörg Stiel.
